A pre-requisite for any Shamanic development
This takes place in a delightful spacious and warm Yurt with all the amenities readily available. (Tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes will be provided).
Over these two days you will be taught how to safely and securely journey into the Shamanic landscape. In this landscape you will learn to connect to your own "Allies" or "Spirit Guides" in order to access their guidance and healing. In addition, you will be taught the fundamental aspects of Core Shamanism including "Power Animal" retrieval.
This provides a powerful gateway for anwering life questions and the maintenance of spiritual power, health, vitality and balance. This workshop is a pre-requisite for further Shamanic Training.
Please make sure that you bring along the following:
Lunch - to sustain you physically through the day.
A Blanket (I would advise two, one to lie upon and the other to cover and keep warm).
A cushion (or two) so that you may be comfortable sitting / lying on the floor.
A suitable eye covering such as scarf/bandana/sleeping mask.
Notebook and Pen.

Runic empowerment is a Shamanic Calling.
Runes represent and express the dynamics of nature and creation. True Rune knowledge and understanding cannot come out of a book but only out of one's own experience and hard work. As Shamanic practitioners (those that can journey shamanically) we have the methodology by which to sudy, integrate and fully understand Runes.
This workshop provides the Shamanic methodology in order to facilitate Runic knowledge effectively. This includes the essential aspects of Shamanic Journeying but also examines Galdr (Runic chanting), the role of Utiseta (Vision Quests) within the Uthark Runic System bound in a Nordic, Anglo-Saxon Cosmology.
Within this workshop, with a clear methodology established, you will be able to set off and systematically learn the essence of the runes not covered in the Workshop and thereby construct your own deeply personal and understood Urd's web - which is the Uthark.
